Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By engaging Blue Charter Project services, you agree to the following terms:

Consulting Services: AI integration consulting, custom AI assistant development, strategic planning, and educational workshops are provided on a professional services basis. Results may vary based on individual business circumstances, implementation, and market conditions.

Workshop Registration: Workshop fees are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event date unless the workshop is cancelled by Blue Charter Project. Rescheduling is available with 48-hour notice subject to availability.

Intellectual Property: All custom AI systems, prompts, and workflows developed for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment. Blue Charter Project retains the right to use anonymized case studies and methodologies for marketing and educational purposes.

Confidentiality: All client information, business data, and strategic discussions are held in strict confidence. We do not share specific client information with third parties without written consent.

Privacy Policy

Information Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:

• Contact information (name, email, phone, business address)

• Business information relevant to AI integration planning

• Workshop attendance and feedback

• Payment information (processed securely through third-party processors)

Information Use

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Provide consulting and educational services

• Send relevant business communications

• Process payments and registrations

• Improve our services based on anonymized feedback

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Payment processors for transaction completion

• Legal requirements when compelled by law

• Anonymized data for case studies (with identifying information removed)

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Blue Charter Project provides AI integration consulting and education based on current best practices and available technology. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific business outcomes or revenue increases

• AI technology performance or availability

• Third-party AI service functionality or pricing changes

• Compatibility with all existing business systems

Educational Content

Workshops and educational materials are provided for informational purposes. Business implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the client. Technology evolves rapidly, and some information may become outdated.

AI Technology Limitations

Artificial intelligence tools have inherent limitations and may produce unexpected results. Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before business use.

Limitation of Liability

Blue Charter Project's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Business losses due to technology failures

• Third-party AI service interruptions or changes

• Implementation delays due to client circumstances
